Good Friends
On our trip to Utah I was able to see three friends from days gone by that I hadn't seen for several years. It was so much fun to see their little families and be in their homes. I love friends. It is so hard sometimes to keep up with all the friends in life that you have made in different places at different points in your life. There is a sweetness to the relationship you hold with each friend and what part of your life they experienced with you. I wish I could gather all the friends I have ever had and keep them close to me. I miss each one, SO MUCH. It is hard to let some close relationships change and develop. But I hold a reverence for each one in my heart and though my communication may not be often or our visits infrequent I still love them and will always cherish the unique gift they each are to me in my life. So if you are my friend or ever have been...I LOVE YOU and thank you for being my friend!

Can I be your friend? I consider you one of my bestest friends ever. You are stuck with me ........forever, I'm afraid.

What would we do without "bosom" friends. I agree with Anne of Green Gables. We need "kindred spirits" in our lives. She wrote, "Kindred Spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. Its splendid to find out that there are so many of them in the world."
