A bad name?
Aidan came running in the house yesterday from playing with the neighbor kids and plopped on the couch. Not a second later the neighbor boy knocked at the door and had come to tell on Aidan. He said Aidan had called him a bad name. Ryan and I looked at Aidan and he scowled something fierce, and knew he was about to be in trouble. We asked him, "Aidan, what did you call him?" He just grunted. Then we said, "Aidan you better tell the truth. What did you call him?" He replied, "Uchtdorf." Ryan and I both started laughing. It was one of those moments you needed to discipline but you ended up laughing instead. I really didn't know if Aidan should be in trouble or not anyway, given that Uchtdorf is the last name of one of our apostles. Oh, I will never forget this.

Ha ha! Oh man, where do they come up with these things? So funny. Thanks for the laugh.
That is a good one. I wonder if Uchtdorf means anything in German.
oh. my. gosh. hilarious! of course, anything said in German sounds like a bad word, so can't blame the kid for thinking it...

that is hilarious adn it is funny when you say tell the story outloud, rather than just read it. I read it to dAVID and we couldn't stop laughing
