So here is Lacey in an outfit she picked out herself. We are in Utah and all the kids clothes are in a big duffle bag. She took it upon herself to pick out her clothes all on her own. After she was dressed she said, mom these pants are a little tight. I responded by saying they were just washed so they may feel a little tight at first. She didn't say anything more about them the whole day. Later that night she had gone to the bathroom and needed help buttoning up her pants. When I lifted up her shirt that covered the top part of her pants, I realized the capris looked different to me. Her cousin just had brought her hand me down clothes so I asked her if these capris were ones she had just gotten from her. She said no, they are mine. I asked again because I just didn't remember her having any capris with pockets in the front like these but they still looked familiar. Then it hit me. THESE ARE CASSIDY'S SIZE 12 MONTH PANTS!!!!!!!! I reiterate these capris on Lacey are Cassidy's pants! She does have a pair of capris the same color. Lacey is a size 4T sometimes 5T and she managed to wear these 12 months pants all day. Squeezing into jeans!

So funny! At least she got herself dressed. I can't imagine being in jeans 4 sizes too small all day...I'd probably pass out!
That is hilarious!! I feel like I have been doing that lately, at least trying. Kudos to Lacey for actually wearing them all day long, luckily Cassidy isn't old enough to realize that her older sister was wearing her pants.
