So here is Lacey recounting what she learned.
You know when you have those experiences with your kids that you think, "I'm so glad this just happened because I will laugh about this for days"? Well, this is what happened to me. It was time for bed and Lacey got out of the fridge a yogurt. I told her "No, we aren't having yogurt now" and I put the yogurt back in the fridge. She started to cry and throw a fit and then she said to me, screaming mind you, "You're ABOMINABLE!" I couldn't help but bust up laughing. I seriously was so happy she said that because it will make me laugh and laugh for days to come. So that is what I get for teaching my kids from the scriptures. At least I know they are picking up that I am teaching them.

That is so funny to hear her say!!! It IS a big word for someone so small. And she even used it correctly in a sentence.
So glad you have it documented.
You think you'll be laughing for days? I will giggle just thinking of it, too. She's adorable :)
I love it, "Abannanable"!
I love it! Moments like that are what make all the hard times worth it! Too cute!
Dad and I laughed ourselves silly playing that over and over. You are teaching correct principles but the outcome is hysterical!!! We sooooo wish we could be close. We are missing so much. Thanks for helping us keep in touch by your blog!! Love to all you abananable characters. MOM
taking notes on you, my friend ;) love your example!
